The Wiggen's Travels
Our travels around the world.

Today we decided to take a travel day.  After not driving for a few days we were missing it and traveled from Fox Lake through Wisconsin, Minnesota and arrived in South Dakota.  While I am sure there are great places north of route 90 in both WI and MN we decided to not spend a lot of time there and move farther West.

We did however get to pass the Mighty Mississippi one last time as we moved into MN, and then stopped in Blue Earth MN where route 90 east met route 90 west and Boston was connected to Seattle.  Here a large Ho Ho Ho Green Giant stands to mark the point (with no huge connection to the General Mills company).  If you look a little closer to the picture of the Giant, you can see me standing between his legs.  Its a big giant.
